To access your account and its information at anytime, visit bedogoyou.com/account. There, you can view your previous purchases, change your password, find past receipts, and more.


How do I change or reset my password?

If you can’t remember your password and need to reset it, no problem. We all forget things sometimes. To reset your password:

  1. Tap “Login” from the main navigation.

  2. Select “Forgot password.”

  3. Enter the email associated with your account.

  4. Press “Send reset link.”

  5. Check your inbox for an email to reset your password and follow the instructions; if you don’t see the email right away, search your “Promotions” or “Spam” folders before contacting us for support.

In the case that you already know your current password and you simply want to change it, that’s easy, too. To update your password:

  1. Tap “Account” from the main navigation.

  2. Select “Profile.”

  3. Select “Update password,” where you’ll be prompted to enter your current password, create a new password, and confirm your new password.

  4. Press “Save” and you’re done.

Next time you login, you’ll be able to do so with your new password. Easy peasy.


How do I change my email?

This answer is a bit complicated, as there are multiple areas where you may want to upgrade your email.

If you are trying to change the email associated with your course schedule emails, the easiest way to do that is to resubscribe to the schedule you want using a new email address. This email is unassociated with your account or purchases, it is only connected to whatever schedule you choose—so feel free to unsubscribe and resubscribe to those emails at any point.

If you are trying to change the email associated with any of your Be Do Go You order history, unfortunately, there’s no way easy way to change the email address associated with your account at this time. If you still need to update your email, however, we can help. To complete this process:

  1. View your account. If you’re already logged in, you’ll need to select “Sign out” before proceeding to the next step.

  2. Select “Create a new account,” located near the bottom of the screen.

  3. Sign up using the new email you want to associate with your new account moving forward; we cannot complete the process until you have completed this step.

  4. Contact us and select “Update my email” in your reason for reaching out.

  5. In the message you send us, clearly indicate the “Old email” you wish to update, as well as the “New email” you want to use moving forward.

  6. Once we verify your accounts, we will respond with a one-time use discount code to reorder the course(s) you previously purchased, granting your new login access to all of your previous purchases.

  7. We will archive your previous account so you can no longer access the courses using your old email.

In the interim, nothing is stopping you from continuing to use the email address you’ve already created. If you’re logged in, you can view your account to see the email address currently associated with your account. If you’re still having trouble with your email, try these troubleshooting steps, instead.


I’m not getting emails. How might I troubleshoot the issue?

Ah, inboxes—the bane of modern technology. Don’t worry, we’ll overcome the issue, because we know you really want to get these emails. Here are some steps to troubleshoot your issue and make sure you receive every one of them. There are two types of emails you may be receiving.

For purchase confirmation emails, there’s nothing extra you’ll need to do to confirm your email. Once you’ve paid for your purchase, you’ll be added to our list, plain and simple.

However, in the case of schedule and offer emails, you may have a few extra steps to complete.

  1. After you’ve subscribed to our newsletter, we’ll send you an email to confirm your subscription, in compliance with anti-spam laws.

  2. If you don’t see the email right away, try searching “Confirm your Be Do Go You subscription” in quotations and it should come up. If you use Gmail, the confirmation email you receive will probably end up in your “Promotions” tab. Check there. If you do end up finding the confirmation email in your Promotions tab, we recommend dragging and dropping the email into your “Primary” tab and responding to the message that asks if you want to have all emails from this sender placed there.

  3. If the email doesn’t come up with your search, try checking your “Spam” folder instead, as those emails don’t usually show in your usual inbox searches. If the email was marked as spam, be sure to select “Not spam” so that you see the emails moving forward.

  4. Once you find the confirmation email, all you need to do is select “Confirm subscription.” Once you finish that, you’re on our list and you should be seeing all future emails from us. You can unsubscribe at anytime.

I really don’t have the time to do this now. Can I return later?

I bought a course for somebody else. How can I help them access it?

There are a couple ways you can grant them access. First, you could change your password and offer them your login information so they can access the course at their convenience. Alternatively, you could change your email once you’ve told them about the gift, so they can login using their own credentials.

In the case that you purchased a bundle for others, like the bundle for duos, visit that bundle’s frequently asked questions (FAQs) so that you can specifically send them what they need to know about the course and their invitation. There, you’ll find more details specific to that bundle and how to share it with others.

Absolutely. To accomplish this, all you need to do is contact us, select “Upgrade to a bundle” as the reason for your message, and tell us which bundle you want to purchase. Once you do that, you’ll be sent an email with a one-time use discount code you can use toward a purchase for someone else (or multiple people!), crediting you 100% for the purchase you previously made.


How do I request a refund?

If you purchased your course or bundle 30 days ago or less and have found that Be Do Go You isn’t quite the fit you were looking for, no problem. As promised, we won’t make you jump through any hoops to get a full, 100% money-back refund. Request a refund, give us the details about your purchase, and we’ll get it all sorted out, no questions asked. If you don’t have your order number on hand, we may ask you to verify some other details about your purchase, but we’ll still make it easy on you.
